OUR LOVE STORY
How we met
During the most chaotic snowstorm Munich had seen in years, trains halted, streets disappeared under mountains of snow, and the city became a frozen maze. Yet, all it took was one swipe, one match, and hours of messages to defy the odds.
What was meant to be a quick lunch on the following day turned into many hours of Immediate Connection, Explosive laughter, and deep conversations about Our Lives. For the first time on a First date, we both felt right at Home with each other, and it felt as though we’d known each other for years.
Fast forward
And we felt right at home with each other ever since. We share the kind of love that Feels easy and Effortless. The Kind of Love That Doesn‘t need to be earned. the Kind of Love that allows us to be our true authentic selves. To be Vulnerable. To be Ridiculous. And to feel Safe. We traveled to new places, wandered through unknown streets, and stood in awe of the world’s beauty, hand in hand. We discovered new cultures, new flavours, and new versions of ourselves. And no matter how far we went, we always felt the same Kind of Peace.
Then There’s LUNA Baluna — HÉCTOR’S Canine PARTNER-IN-CRIME. a Traditionally strong critic of Potential Partners. When Luna and Christian Met, IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT (AGAIN). SHE IMMEDIATELY DECIDED THAT CHRISTIAN WAS HER HUMAN TOO. EVER SINCE, SHE’S CLAIMED HIS SIDE OF THE BED, SHOWERs HIM WITH Lickies, AND FOLLOWS HIM AROUND LIKE A LITTLE SHADOW. IF THERE WERE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT THIS MATCH BEING DESTINY, LUNA LICKED THEM ALL AWAY.
The proposal
There was no big stage, no elaborate plan — just the two of us, on our anniversary, in a quiet moment that felt perfectly right. No dramatic Gestures, no surprises. Just a shared understanding that this was it — we were ready. It felt natural, like something we’d been building towards all along, through everyday moments and small gestures. We smiled, maybe got a little teary, and said yes to the life we were already living — just with a new chapter ahead.
